His corporate practice focuses on the entertainment industry, as well as on e-commerce and Internet-based businesses.

James R. Felton is Managing Partner of Greenberg & Bass LLP. Mr. Felton practices in the areas of business, commercial and real estate litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and insolvency-related matters. He routinely handles business dissolution matters, shareholder, partner and guarantor disputes, breach of contract matters, asset recovery issues, and collections related to structured settlement payments. Mr. Felton is also experienced in appellate matters.

Yi Sun Kim practices in the areas of commercial litigation and general business. John Yates is a litigator and trial lawyer who has tried over 30 civil cases to verdict or judgment in California’s state Superior courts and federal district courts, on behalf of clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 500 corporations. John has extensive experience in matters involving copyright, trademark, trade secret, and business competition law, and regularly litigates cases and counsels clients concerning these subjects.

Arthur A. Greenberg focuses his practice primarily on business-related matters, with a particular emphasis on the representation of lenders and other creditors in transactional, bankruptcy and insolvency-related matters, and on asset allocation, asset protection, and debt replacement matters for debtors. His clients include local, national and international entities.

Robert D. Bass practices exclusively in the areas of bankruptcy and insolvency related matters. He represents debtors (corporations and individuals), creditors (lenders, institutions and individuals), creditors’s committees, and trustees in bankruptcy cases, with a particular emphasis on the representation of debtors.

Richard A. Brownstein is a Certified Bankruptcy Specialist with extensive experience in managing crises, restructuring debt, protecting and recovering assets, and handling workout solutions, Chapter 7, 11, and 13 Bankruptcies, out-of-court reorganizations, Assignments For the Benefit of Creditors, ordered liquidations, strategic partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, and exit strategies.

Douglas M. Neistat practices in all aspects of business restructuring, liquidation, and reorganization. He is experienced in establishing business entities, securing funding through venture capital and lending sources, as well as in business operating and regulatory issues, and merger and acquisition transactions. Mr. Neistat’s clients include real estate developers and investors, building contractors, manufacturers, retailers, distributors, medical service providers and high-income professionals.

Arthur L. Rolston focuses his practice in the area of commercial law, with particular emphasis on business and insolvency matters. Mr. Rolston’s experience includes representing a major national wholesaler of pharmaceutical products, representing numerous manufacturers and their funding sources, acting as lead counsel for both creditors and debtors in complex reorganization proceedings, and serving as transaction counsel in complex business matters.
