Yi Sun Kim practices in the areas of commercial litigation and general business. Ms. Kim works with clients on a variety of matters ranging from business formation, corporate transactions, real estate transactions, and intellectual property. She has experience in corporate and commercial transactions involving franchisors and franchisees, the drafting of franchise-related documents, and regulatory compliance. Ms. Kim has also represented both debtors and creditors in bankruptcy law and litigation. Her litigation experience includes breach of contract issues, corporate disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, judgment enforcements, and trade secret protection matters.
